as if things couldn't get better..
last night after some liquid courage i started chatting up the owner of my favorite club, Che. i pitched him my idea and told him about my show, and he said that if all things go as planned, i can have the official after party for the gallery opening there! they’ll even make an event for it.
this is me now. forever.

wowowowow, amazing news
so last night it was finalized that me and my best friend will be having a solo show in march!!!!!!
it’s going to take place on the night of the art crawl, which is a night every month where the entire street is opened up with galleries/music. the traffic that theses venues get is well over 1000 people a night!!!
we met up with the owner of the venue and checked out the space last night....

i was lurking some local artists and came across one that was in the same gallery show as me. i sent him a message telling him that i really like his stuff and what he submitted, and asked if he remembered my piece. always nice to make friends with some local talent.
in his reply back, titled ‘hey fangirl’, he told me that no he didn’t remember my piece because he was off doing...
