5) What levels of artistic education have you had?

right now i go to university for studio art, but other than that just whatever was offered in highschool

9) What do you like most about your art?

hrmmm. i like combining the desirable and the undesirable.  if i can seduce someone into admiring a rat covered in flowerprint, i’m happy.
 

10)  What do you like least about your art? 

how my stuff always looks better in my head ahaha.

17)  What is your purpose for drawing? 
mostly for my own fun, and to make stuff that everyone can enjoy, not only those who know a lot about art. i feel like there’s a lot of artists really concerned about people ‘getting it’… and people understanding my concept and analyzing it  is really great, but i’m just as happy when someone simply thinks ‘oh that picture’s cool!’ and reblogs it.

21)  List at least one of your “artspirations.” 

OH MAN i have so many. Ron English, Jason Feeny, Dave MacDowell and all his pop culture stuff. Junko Mizuno (obviously, she is god.) and lately a lot of Mark Ryden’s stuff. this is his painting below, it’s jaw dropping
